Refund policy

At Vow & Velocity, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry and apparel. Because our pieces are carefully inspected before they reach you, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Defective or Damaged Items

The only exception to our "No Refund" policy is in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival. If your product is found to be defective, damaged, or the incorrect item, we will issue a full refund including any associated shipping costs.

How to Report an Issue

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund for a defect.

  1. Contact us immediately at support@vowandvelocity.com with your order number.

  2. Please include clear photos of the damage or the defect.

  3. Once we evaluate the issue and approve the claim, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Eligibility for Defect Returns

To receive a full refund for a defective item, the product must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a formal return through email will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Since all sales are final, we do not offer standard exchanges. We encourage you to review our sizing guides and product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If your item is defective and you prefer an exchange for the same product instead of a refund, please specify this in your email to us.

Non-Returnable Items

Regardless of the circumstances, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or Gift Cards.

  • Custom/Personalized products (unless there is a manufacturing error).

  • For hygiene reasons: Earrings or personal care items.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with tags and packaging.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your defective return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
